Forest User Groups
Community members with shared interests in sustainable forest use can form or join Forest User Groups. These pillar groups focus on activities such as: •Tree nursery establishment •Beekeeping •Environmental research and education •Youth •Nature-based recreation and sports •Ecotourism •Cultural groups •Religious groups •Friends of Ngong Road Forest Registered user groups become members of the Association and actively participate in conservation activities, community engagement, and the implementation of the Participatory Forest Management Plan.
Friends of Ngong Road Forest
Individuals who are passionate about conserving the forest can join as Friends of Ngong Road Forest. Members support the Association's conservation efforts and become ambassadors for environmental stewardship. Support can also be provided through donations, either in cash or in kind, including benches, equipment, signage, tree planting materials, and other resources that enhance forest conservation and visitor experience.
Corporate Membership
Corporate membership offers organizations an opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to environmental sustainability while supporting the conservation and development of Ngong Road Forest. Corporate members are encouraged to participate in tree planting, environmental education, employee volunteer programmes, biodiversity conservation initiatives, and other impactful partnerships.
